This is a new, customer cancellation/return sofa/ex-display sofa which is in excellent condition - the manufacture date is April 2023. The only minor flaw is a small scuff on the inside of one of the arms.
 
It is a modular sofa so can be added to or reconfigured to suit - it also has removable arms to help get through narrow doorways if needed.
