Terms & Conditions

*If you have booked a delivery with us and choose to cancel with 24 hours notice or less, then the cost of the delivery will still apply (this is the charge from our transport supplier). If delivery is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, there is no charge.

*If any items do not fit into the property, there is a 10% restocking fee + cost of return (if we have the space to take the item back and have agreed a return).

*If we have held bought items in storage for you for over 1 week and you would like to cancel the order you will be subject to a £95 restocking fee. 

*Customers have 24 hours to report any problems, after this time we will not accept returns or refunds.

*Cancelled website orders will be refunded with the Wix payment processing charges deducted as these are still charged to us by Wix, even on refunded orders - this is 2.1% of the transaction amount.
